In this role as the Project Coordinator for Global SEE, you will report directly to the VP of Global Sales Enablement & Excellence, and work closely with the SEE leadership and their teams across the globe. You will be exposed to a broad range of activities and projects taking place across the SEE organization, where you will be responsible to provide administrative support to enable collaboration within and outside of SEE, help monitor the timely execution of plans, and coordinate logístical arrangements so as to allow our teams to deliver their projects and enable our salesforce to become more effective in their roles.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Takes direction from VP Global Sales Enablement & Excellence, to provide support to him/her and the leadership team on global team activities & processes.
- Provides administrative support to VP, Global SEE and VP, APAC ComOps & CX Business Partner including maintaining schedules, setting up meetings/events, assisting in logístical coordination, including travel arrangements, meeting agenda, meeting materials, travel organization & expense submission.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports related to Global SEE projects and/or day-to-day operations.
- Prepares communications for Global SEE leadership ensuring direction, goals, projects are cascaded effectively.
- Applies knowledge of Medtronic’s operations/systems to assist in the development, implementation and administration of procedures to ensure smooth delivery of projects/timelines.
- Monitor programs, budgets, and timetables, and takes action to ensure timely execution of activities across department / with other stakeholders.
- Performs other non-routine administrative tasks in support of special projects/assignments.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Requires practical knowledge in administrative support, project coordination (e.g. obtaining and compiling data, tracking actions, providing reports), administration of company guidelines and procedures, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently in a multicultural work environment
- Able to follow-up on tasks and get work done in a dynamic environment
- Adaptable to flexible working hours, across global time zones
- Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with other executives and stakeholders
- Proven experience with MS Office tools, and online meeting management technology (including Zoom, MS Teams)
- Ability to align business-level communications to corporate brand
- Lead events/ group meeting planning experience Exercise high degree of maturity and integrity to be able to manage sensitive and confidential information
