We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Closure Expert** to join our Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA). This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth by effectively converting leads into loyal customers through strategic negotiations and closing techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully navigate the final stages of sales discussions, addressing objections and ensuring client satisfaction while finalizing contracts.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize closure rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- **Market Insight**: Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales tactics and positioning.

**Objectives of the Role**:

- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on insights from client interactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or SMMA sector.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities and client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise-level sales processes.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
