Chat Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
- Engage with potential and existing customers, provide product or service information, answer queries, and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in placing orders, navigating the app, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships, track customer progress, and close sales as required.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team to improve product/service offerings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and any initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- **Language Skills**: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written), Hindi (Verbal) and Bengali (Verbal)

**Office Timing**: 12 pm to 10 pm (Rotational Off day during the weekdays)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
