Role: Executive Chef
Location: Prashant Hills, Hyderabad
Qualification: Culinary degree or equivalent
Experience: 10+ Years Continental cuisine (Experience in Vegan food will be perfect match)
**Salary**: Up to 12 LPA
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the overall culinary direction and operations of the outlets, ensuring high-quality food and presentation.
- Leads and manages a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and presentation standards for all outlets (restaurants, room service, banquets, etc.)
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Ensure consistency and high-quality food standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Events, etc.) to ensure seamless service
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
**Requirements**:
- Overall 10+ Years in continental cuisine 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skill
