**BDE Sales - Paid Internship** (3-6 months - with the possibility of extension to Full time employment).

**Location**: Noida Sec 67

**About the Company**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and closing sales for our IT services, including website design, e-commerce websites, SEO, SMO, and Google Ads. Your primary focus will be on the domestic market, achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a target list
- Cold call prospective clients to introduce our IT services and understand their requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Present and demonstrate our IT services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Familiarity with IT services, website design, e-commerce, SEO, SMO, and Google Ads is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
