The IT Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic negotiation.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of IT products/services and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Platform sales like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, LinkedIn, Shopify, Instagram, and others
- Bidding on projects, Dealing with clients, Negotiation and Other

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle contract negotiations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
