**About**: Alcom Extrusions Limited is a leading Indian company specializing in aluminum extrusion. Our Parent company is Gate corporation in USA. We manufacture a wide range of high-quality aluminum profiles for industries like solar, automotive and aerospace with advanced technology and a focus on sustainability.

**Role**: Senior Sales Executive

**Experience**: 2-5 Years

**Location**: Hitech city, Hyderabad

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, blending your sales expertise with our cutting-edge manufacturing solutions. You’ll be the go-to person for driving revenue, nurturing key accounts, and uncovering new opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
- Manage and schedule client calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits with key clients and prospects.
- Maintain and update client and sales activity in CRM systems like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client communication.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, work on tenders, and drive new business growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target companies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, project management, and product teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions to clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and solutions relevant to the aerospace and defense sectors.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (Tier 1 college) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client data and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- A customer-centric approach to building and managing client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 3 years (preferred)
