**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT and digital marketing industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Present Techadlien's IT services and digital marketing solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT and digital marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Other Details**:
Immediate joiners preferred, with up to a 30-day notice period.

Full-time position based in Hyderabad (on-site).
