**Selling Gold Products**: Actively promote and sell gold coins and jewellery to existing and potential customers.
**Lead Generation**: Generate new sales leads by cold calling potential customers and following up on leads to convert them into sales.
**Customer Engagement**: Engage with walk-in customers at branches, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
**Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports to the management regularly.
**Market Awareness**: Stay informed about the latest trends in the gold market and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**Experience**:2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or financial services industry.
**Communication Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
**Sales Acumen**:Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Customer Focus**:High level of professionalism with a customer-centric approach. Ability to provide exceptional service and foster long-term customer relationships.
**Teamwork**:Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Tech Savvy**:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
**Flexibility**:Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as needed.
