IT Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, assess their requirements and accordingly schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and follow up with sales executives to make sure leads are progressing.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build a healthy pipeline.
- Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, and opportunities added.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by effectively managing and documenting sales activities in CRM
- Participate in sales training programs and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years' previous sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Most Important: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
- Work Timings: Ready to work in the US time zone
