**Job Title: Administration Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Welcoming**:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
- Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service.

**Visitor Management**:

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area and office.

**Communication Handling**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and efficient message delivery to relevant personnel.

**Mail and Inventory Management**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Keep track of inventory, ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked.

**Office Security**:

- Control access via the reception desk, monitor the logbook, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

**Calendar Management**:

- Update calendars and schedule meetings for the team.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient use of meeting spaces.

**Record Keeping**:

- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a administrative assistant, or **freshers can also apply.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
