JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Administration
LOCATION: Mumbai
REPORTS TO: Senior Personal Assistant
JOB ROLE:
As Administrative Assistant - The role is to assist senior in administrative duties. The role will involve coordinating meetings, diary management, administrative support, as well as the potential for project support.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Liaise with executive and senior PA to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Compiling, typing and preparing reports / minutes.
- Assisting Senior PA with with administrative duties on an as-needed basis.
- Responsible for preparation of documents and reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:
- Possess a strong ability to work in a paced environment
- Organized & detail oriented
- Strong time management skills
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**:
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Experience**: Min 2-3 experience as an Administrative Assistant.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent in communication
- Strong organizational & planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
