**Administrative and Operations Assistant**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies, check inventory and request office items whenever required
- Provide assistance with administrative and clerical duties which include scanning, mailing, sending couriers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for internal or external teams
- Support with recruiting activities and scheduling interviews
- Maintain office expense reports and invoices
- Handling the vendor payments or any queries from vendors
- Regularly respond to inquiries from the Partners, Principles or Team
- Organizing office events, lunches and meetings

**Desired Experience and Skills**
- 1-2 years of work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures and practices
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Having attention to details

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- Knowledge of office systems and software

Note: This role will involve working with global teams across multiple time zones; prior demonstrated success working in such environments is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹8,587.36 - ₹31,180.49 per month
