Office Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice generation, bookkeeping, client follow-ups, data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning as needed.
2. Manage the office calendar, schedule client appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
3. Maintain inventory of office supplies, order as needed, and keep everything organized on google sheets.
4. Work as an HR when required and assist with job posting and other tasks such as scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
5. Maintain employee records, provide them monthly salary slips, and pay salaries on time.
6. Create an efficient onboarding process for new employees and prepare their contracts by coordinating with the lawyer.
7. Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries courteously and promptly.
8. Other administrator tasks to follow.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
