Office Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist the team for having the quotations for banquet/hotel booking quotations via calling method.
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, couriers and faxing
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,415.93 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
