Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Allwave-AV Systems located in Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting executive staff with administrative tasks. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will utilize clerical skills to handle various office duties.


Some plus points while choosing the right candidate

  1. Marketing efforts for new initiatives: good writer, assist with SEO, SEM (with AI tools)
  2. Miscellaneous office tasks like virtual demos
  3. Assist in Campus recruitment activities: administer tests, schedules
  4. To do list, attend calls- ensure tasks get completed Eg shipping and internal coordination
  5. Finance coordination for investments of the company
  6. Liaison with lawyers for IP etc
  7. Great at email, written and spoken English
  8. Basic excel, analysis quick to learn
  9. Good with AI, content writing
  10. High energy


The role is 5 days a week and based st Vashi, Navi Mumbai


Qualifications
