Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee paperwork, including labour documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Actively participate in project supervision, liaising with project supervisors to track progress and updates.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important information.
- Assist in general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and ordering supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
- Knowledge of labour documentation and compliance is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
