Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
