**About the Role**

This is not just a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, it's a unique opportunity for professional growth and learning. As an Executive Assistant, you will not only provide high-level administrative support to company executives but also have the chance to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, preparing expense reports, and providing general administrative assistance. You will also maintain effective communication channels between executives and internal/external stakeholders, allowing you to grow in your role and contribute to the company's success.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Provide business support to the Director / enable them efficiently to lead the business, assisting in preparing the content/presentation, communication & liaising.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders involved in organization-level activities. Tracks all the task forces and special projects running and follows up with them on the status updates and timely closure of action items.
- Research industry trends, and developments in the marketplace, collate reports, summarize industry publications and results
- General management for scaling the business by owning the areas of business analytics and reporting, vendor management, and partnerships.
- Managing external relationships and representations at national and international events, conferences, industry bodies, and the government.
- Take charge of the various loose ends, map out various relationships, and build a calendar of events to take part in to ensure maximum impact on the company
- Able to handle new types of situations and the rapid pace of growth comfortably
- Completes various administrative tasks, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing sometimes confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the office.
- General management for scaling the business by owning the areas of business analytics and reporting, vendor management, partnerships, and coordination with the Press.
- Actively Participate in all marketing initiatives for the company / assist in implementing digital and offline marketing strategies, including coordination with agencies on creatives, events, etc.
- **Extensive Business Travel is / May be involved.**

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
