2+ years of proven track record in business sales or related market

Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software

Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements

Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical, to staff members and customers in a clear and concise manner

**Education - **UG: Any Graduate

**Key Skills - **Cold calling, Market development, Key account management, Lead generation, B2B Sales

**What you'll do**

Lead Generation - Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, digital media etc.

B2B sales: Client Acquisition by signing up new accounts

Market Development and Revenue generation - meeting aggressive sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Client servicing and reactivation - retaining existing business with solid relationships and maintaining an 80% active-client ratio

On-time renewals of service agreements

Credit and Collections - ensuring timely payments as per the agreed cycle

Adherence to reporting - maintaining accurate records, regular updates

Responsible for mapping the market, driving sales and nurturing relationships with clients (corporate/Agent) for repeat/referral business

Strong connect with the market, sound interpersonal and communication skills
