Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Foster strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, dealers, and suppliers.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
  4. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, tactics, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
