**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Channel Partner Management**:
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs.
Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to improve results.
**Sales Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with the Senior Key Account Manager / Department Headto develop and implement sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in setting sales targets and developing plans to achieve them.
**Training and Support**:
Organize and conduct training sessions for channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure channel partners are equipped to meet their sales targets.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
Track and report on channel sales performance, including sales volumes, revenue, and partner engagement.
Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest improvements.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on channel performance.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for channel activities.
Facilitate communication between channel partners and internal teams to resolve issues and address needs.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in channel sales or partner management.
**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
**Attributes**:
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
