**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

**CHANNEL SALES - IT**

**Company - Modi Infosol Pvt Ltd.**

**Locations - Delhi, UP West, Haryana, Jaipur, Ahemdabad, Kolkata (1 vacancy each)**

**Products must be experienced in - TELECOM SECTOR -**

**Laptops, Watches, Net-bands, Other mobile accessories.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

2. Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.

3. Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our strategic objectives and target markets.

4. Provide training and enablement support to channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.

5. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel-specific sales collateral, marketing materials, and product positioning.

6. Track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales activities, including pipeline development, deal registration, and revenue attainment.

7. Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel incentive programs and promotions to drive partner engagement and sales performance.

10. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on channel sales performance, initiatives, and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events (estimated travel: 25-30%).
