**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA sector and large institutions, fostering relationships to generate sales.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the HORECA and institutional client base.

**Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

**Product Expertise**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gorek Technologies’ product range (domestic oil press/maker machines, commercial oil expellers, food processors, 3D printers, etc.) to provide expert recommendations to institutional clients.

**Sales Targets**: Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

**Negotiation & Contracts**:Handle negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

**Market Research**: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align on strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Reporting**:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in institutional sales, particularly in the HORECA or similar sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the institutional and HORECA community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of home appliances, kitchen equipment, or commercial machinery is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the appliances or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
- Familiarity with large-scale procurement processes in institutions, hotels, and restaurants

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
