**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Modern Trade channels and institutional clients to drive sales growth.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Modern Trade and institutional sectors.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- **Market Expansion**: Explore new markets and distribution channels to expand the company's presence.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to optimize strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, with a dotted line reporting structure.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Modern Trade and Institutional Sales within the FMCG industry.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, explore new opportunities, and manage relationships.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- **Self-starter**: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
