**Pre-sales Specialist**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential sponsors within the B2B sector, including industry associations, companies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and sponsorship opportunities to inform pre-sales strategies.
- **Sponsor Leads Identification**:

- Utilize various sources, including online databases, industry publications, and networking platforms, to compile a comprehensive list of potential sponsor leads.
- Develop and maintain a database of sponsor contacts, categorizing leads based on their level of interest and potential fit.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders, nurturing relationships through regular communication and personalized outreach efforts.
- **Pre-sales Activities**:

- Initiate pre-sales activities, including introductory meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions, to showcase the value proposition and benefits of sponsorship.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to tailor pre-sales materials and messaging to the specific needs and interests of prospective sponsors.
- **Lead Nurturing and Follow-up**:

- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential sponsors engaged and informed throughout the pre-sales process.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns and providing additional information as needed to move prospects closer to conversion.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential sponsors.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like LinkedIn, aeroleads and Lusha is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
