Inspired Elements is a London based premium furniture brand. We manufacture bespoke furniture including fitted wardrobes, bespoke kitchens, bathroom furniture and other fitted furniture. Our products are used by homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders to create dream interiors.

**About the role**:
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for receiving all inbound calls & enquiries and qualifying them into potential leads.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database according to SOP.
- Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests.
- Give a brief introduction about us and our products to incoming leads.
- Convert raw leads into qualified leads.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information and schedule high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English.
- 1-4 yrs of relevant experience in pre-sales, inside sales or similar roles.
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

**Employment Type**:

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month

- UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
