Outbound Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the company, with emphasis on acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts.
- Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas of improvements
- Monitor customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities
- Maintain and build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
- Effectively utilize sales automation, marketing automation, and CRM tools
- Monitor, analyze and report on customer feedback
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other teams to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations

**Requirements**:

- 18+ years of sales experience within the Media, Marketing and Translations space
- A strong understanding of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in sales automation, marketing automation, and CRM tools
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
