Job Title: Outbound Sales Caller

Location: Remote (USA/UK clients)

Role Description:
We are looking for a talented outbound sales caller to join our sales team. As an outbound caller, you will be responsible for generating new business by cold-calling a list of leads assigned to you.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Calling a high volume of potential customers daily to present our products/services over the phone
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services that meet their requirements
- Answering prospect questions about our solutions and addressing concerns
- Maintaining thorough records of all sales activity in the CRM system
- Scheduling follow-up calls to properly qualify leads
- Converting qualified leads to sales appointments for the sales team
- Achieving monthly targets for calls made, leads generated and appointment booked

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience as an outbound/inside sales representative
- Ability to learn sales scripts and dialogues quickly
- Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and objection handling skills
- Familiarity working with a CRM platform
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Motivation to reach targets and grow professionally
- UK/USA market knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English essential

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
