Job Title: sales rep (Outbound Sales)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
Effectively communicate product or service information to prospects with the goal of generating interest and closing sales.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management on customer reactions and market trends.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 6months of experience in outbound calling and cold calling for sales.
Strong command of the English language with excellent spoken communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telecalling environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Results-driven with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Experience in a BPO background is preferred.
Adaptability to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a positive manner.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
