Inside Sales Executive

**Position Title**:
**Inside Sales Executive (Portuguese Language)**
**Position Description (In Short)**:
A Calling or Sales Representative will be responsible for **interacting with potential customers to sell products**. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the features and benefits of products.
**Education Qualification Required**:
Bachelor’s Degree
**Minimum Experience Required (Details)**:
- _**Language Required : Spanish**_
- _**2 years of US calling experience in **_**Portuguese **_ **language.**_
- **English, Portuguese**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Making calls to a list of current or potential customers
- Proposing products or services while describing their qualities and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner
- Generating leads and appointments for the sales team
- Cross-selling and upselling
- Recording outcome of calls on computer
**Technical Skills/Competencies Required**:
- Strong communication
- Identifying a customer’s needs by asking the right questions
- Using close listening techniques to tailor the offer to customers
- Telemarketing techniques to win over customers and obtain their trust
- Using the correct tone and getting the flow of the conversation right
- Database management and maintenance
**Soft Skills/Attributes Required**:
- Ability to conduct sales and marketing callsand knowledge of sales techniques
- Relaxed, confident telephone manners, and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to convey the right message to customers and elicit answers
- Computer skills
- Result-oriented approach
- Good team worker
- Patient, determined, and motivated
**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
