Position Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9 hours/day

Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday - Saturday)

Stipend: 25,000 INR+ incentive ( T & C applied )

Monthly Target: 3,00,000 INR

**Job Description**:
As a Inside Sales Executive at Sicu-aura, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Inside Sales while contributing to our growth objectives. This internship offers valuable insights into the IT SaaS field and the chance to work closely with our dedicated team of professionals. Key responsibilities include:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research to identify potential market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze market data to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through online research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.

3. Proposal Development:

- Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for client meetings and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for proposal development.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide support in coordinating client meetings, presentations, and events.

5. Project Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute business development projects and initiatives.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.

6. Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the business development team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required.
