Administrative Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the membership database, ensuring accurate records of all cricket club members.
- Coordinate with finance for membership fee collections and handle any related queries.
- Regularly update members with information about upcoming events, renewals, and other important notifications.
- Generate and analyze membership reports to monitor growth, retention, and member satisfaction.
**Cricket Events Coordination**:
- Plan and organize cricket events, including matches, tournaments, training sessions, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, equipment, and catering.
- Promote events through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and the club’s website.
- Handle on-site event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
**Communication & Liaison**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for members, providing support and addressing inquiries related to memberships and events.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to promote membership benefits and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and community organizations to enhance event success and member engagement.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring for memberships and events.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on membership trends, event outcomes, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in an administrative or event coordination role, preferably within a sports or membership-based organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- A passion for cricket and a good understanding of the sport is highly desirable.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed for events.
- Ability to travel to different event locations as required.
