**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator with Travel Desk Expertise

**Overview**: We are seeking a qualified Department Executive Assistant with 4-5 years of experience, including proficiency in travel desk operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to department executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.

Manage travel arrangements for department personnel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain organized filing systems and handle office logistics.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle incoming communication and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 4-5 years of experience as a Department Executive Assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Location: In person
