Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Job Responsibilities
1. Role: Travel Desk Represent of Travel Canvas Pvt Ltd. In Our Corporate Office
2. Coordinator between corporate admin person and Travel Canvas Pvt Ltd to ensure smooth travel experiences.
3. Forward the Queries to Delhi office and Get them closed
4. Check the Attached hotel voucher and Tickets to ensure no error
5. Upload Bills
6. Daily Reports of Bookings
7. Car Bookings
Some skills Required
- Communication: The travel desk executive needs to be able to communicate well with a variety of people, including travel agents, tour operators, and employees.
- Organization: The travel desk executive needs to be organized and able to multitask.
- Attention to detail: The travel desk executive needs to pay close attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
