**Job Title**: Travel Desk Executive
**Location**: 63-67, Ajmera House, 4th Floor Off. K.H. Ajmera Chowk, Pathak wadi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400002
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.
- Source and negotiate with travel vendors to secure cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.
- Handle travel-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reconcile invoices.
- Monitor and analyse travel trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize travel services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Travel Desk Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate
- Previous experience in travel management is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
