**Travel Desk cum Administration Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Travel Desk Responsibilities**:
Assist employees and clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.

Research and provide information on travel destinations, **visa** requirements, and travel policies.

Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and relevant information to travellers.

**Administrative Support**

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist in organizing company events or meetings.

**Customer Service**:
Address customer queries and concerns related to travel arrangements.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.

**Record Keeping**

Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and related documentation.

Update and organize visitor logs and other front desk records.

**Qualifications and Experience**

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in travel and tourism is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using travel booking platforms and office software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Minimum experience 4 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
