Travel Desk cum front desk Executive.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert visa counseling**:
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws**:
- Process visas accurately and efficiently**:
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating**
**Skilled required : Hotel booking, Ticket Booking, visa processing ,etc**
Key Responsibilities.
- **Handle and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Travel Desk Responsibilities. Assist employees and clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.**:
- **Research and provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies. Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences. Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and relevant information to travellers. Administrative Support.**:
- **Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist in organizing company events or meetings. Customer Service.**:
- **Address customer queries and concerns related to travel arrangements. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. Record Keeping. Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and related documentation.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
