We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Office Operations team in our Mumbai office.

- You manage relationships with all vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing budgets.- You manage office assets, office supplies, and furniture.- You handle administrative tasks, managing travel arrangements, office related events management, and maintaining records.- Manage Transport facility of female employees.- Coordination with employees on regular basis related to travel management- You oversee the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking inventory, and managing budgets.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity- You have proven 4+ yrs. of work experience in office management, office operations, office administration & office travel & event management.- You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.- You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing.- You can work independently and in a team environment.- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- You have strong communication skills.
