Administrative Coordinator

*Job Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
3. **Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
4. **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies and equipment, manage office space, and assist in organizing office events and meetings.
5. **Data Entry**: Enter and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
7. **Support to Executives**: Provide general support to senior executives and assist with special projects as needed.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and interested in supporting senior management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
