We have an excellent opportunity for Process Coordinator cum Administrative Assistant.
**Location**: Vile Parle
**Experience**: 2 + year
**Qualification**: Any graduate
**Role**:
Process Coordination: o Manage and track assigned processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. o Create and maintain process documentation.
- Monitor and report on key process metrics. - Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for assigned staff. o Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages.
- Provide general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed. - Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
**Qualifications: -** Minimum [Bachelor's degree] in a relevant field (or equivalent experience). - [2-5 years] of experience in a process coordination or administrative assistant role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to learn new processes and software quickly
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
