*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Office Administration:*
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies procurement, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, ensuring a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- *Project Operations:*
- Collaborate with project teams to assist in project coordination, document management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress, providing regular updates to the Partners.
- *Social Media Coordination:*
- Manage the firm's social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content that showcases our projects, values, and expertise.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring a strong online reputation.
- *Human Resources:*
- Assist in human resources activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding of new employees, and maintenance of employee records.
- Support the Partners in fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- *Partner Support:*
- Maintain Partners' calendars, schedule appointments, and manage logistics for meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and track work inventory, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and deadlines.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
