Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daily tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with data entry and filing as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
