**Position**: Back Office cum Personal Assistant
**Location**: Vile Parle, Mumbai
**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Make travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist in personal tasks as assigned, including errands and special projects.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Exercise discretion in handling personal and professional matters.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
