**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator
**Location**: Mumbai
**Responsibilities**:
**Tally Data Entry**:
- Accurately enter and maintain data related to individuals and financial transactions into our systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
**Invoicing and Rental Income Management**:
- Prepare and issue monthly invoices for services rendered.
- Monitor rental income payments, address discrepancies, and follow up as needed.
**Visa, Passport, and Insurance Coordination**:
- Coordinate insurance-related matters, including travel and medical insurance.
**Government Applications Handling**:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
**Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Management**:
- Facilitate the signing of forms and documents using the DSC.
- Maintain organized documentation related to DSC usage.
**Effective Communication**:
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with internal and external stakeholders.
**Financial Transaction Management**:
- Prepare cheques, process RTGS transactions, and manage deposits.
- Liaise with bank personnel to ensure smooth financial operations.
**Society Premises Coordination**:
- Oversee all matters related to society premises, maintenance, and facilities.
- Act as a liaison between residents and management for effective issue resolution.
**Bank Account Management**:
- Assist in the opening and closing of bank accounts as needed.
- Follow up on all account-related matters to ensure timely resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting software (Tally).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
