**Role & responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for real estate agents and executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, listings, and contracts.
- Update and maintain databases, CRM systems, and client records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.
- **Client Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments with clients and vendors.
- Follow up with clients, prospects, and leads to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Coordinate open houses, property tours, and events as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of property listings and marketing campaigns.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including training and orientation.
- Manage vendor relationships and office contracts for services and supplies.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
