Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Project Management:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects as directed by executives.

Track progress, deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Travel and Logistics:
Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Process expense reports and reimbursements.

Operational Support:
Manage office supplies, subscriptions, and other administrative resources.

Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and processes.

Ad Hoc Duties:
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned to support the leadership team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
