**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders for products and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Delivery Follow-ups: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of goods.
- FMS Sheet Management: Regularly update and maintain the **FMS (Facility Management System) **sheet, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assisting Director: Provide administrative support to the Director, including assistance with purchase orders and other assigned tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Familiarity with FMS or similar tracking systems.
- **Experience : Minimum 2+ years MUST**:

- **Education : Graduation / Post Graduate ( Business Administration or related)**:

- **Job Type : Full-time, Work-from-office, Mon-Fri (8.30 to 5PM), Normal day shift, Alternate sat off, Working Sat - Half day(8.30 to 2.30)**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
