We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Administration Executive(Male).**
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree
**Experience**: 2-3years
**Location**: Andheri (Mumbai)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Office Management:Manage and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition. Administrative Support:Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain and update company records and databases. Communication:Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners. Documentation and Filing:Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences. Vendor Management:Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing for office supplies and services. Compliance and Regulations:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist with regulatory and compliance-related tasks. Key CompetenciesCommunication and Interpersonal skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailProblem - SolvingNegotiation Skills
Required SkillsStrong written and verbal communicationMS Office SuiteHands-on experience with Vendor ManagementFluent in English and Hindi
