Channel Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
On Ground understanding of the markets of Respective States

Develop and maintain an efficient channel sales network to ensure comprehensive sales of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets

Conduct regular market visits improve the productivity of channel partners, and continuously search for newer opportunities in order to increase sales in the region

Setting & driving the sales targets for KAMs under his/her team

Collecting customer feedback and conduct regular market research

Responsible for end customer product adoption, product renewals and growth of customers in the assigned territories

Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company & should be able to train the team and partners on the same

Should be excellent partner as well as people manager

Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage

Skill Sets:
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

A high degree of strategic forward thinking

Analytical skills to handle complex situations

Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions

Amazing sense of urgency & attitude of getting things done when no one is watching

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment.

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate / MBA

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
